PRESENTATION EVENING – 8pm FRIDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2016 KINGS HALL STOKE

Just to confirm that the Presentation Evening, at which you will receive the medals for the Under 9s, U15s and U13s teams is being held this year at the Kings Hall in Stoke on Friday 30 September 2016 at 8pm.

In an attempt to keep the evening flowing, a a running order is provided below and clubs are requested to come up onto the stage at the front of the hall as their name is called.

For the Under 9’s, each club team is to be represented by a team manager and captain, or their representative, who will receive all the team medals.

Please remind players that this is a cricket evening, they are requested to wear smart attire (ie shirt and tie or club track suits but definitely not baseball caps or football tops!). Parents and other supporters are very welcome and anyone wishing to take individual photographs as the awards are being presented is welcome to come to the front but we would request that team photographs are left until the end of the evening.

We would request that respect is shown to each of the teams as they receive their awards especially as over the evening there will be over twenty team and various individual presentations. Whilst families are welcome, we would request that young children are not allowed to run around. The bar will also close during the presentations, so we have quiet whilst announcements are being made.

There is no admission fee but please remind all drivers that there is an evening parking charge on all car parks
